Saint Patrick Catholic School is operated by the Barry Robinson Schools of Norfolk, a Virginia non-stock corporation exempt from tax under 8501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is supported, supervised, and controlled by the James-Barry Robinson Home for Boys Trust, whose trustees also serve as the Board of Directors of Saint Patrick Catholic School.
